Paul Flanigan is the founder of Experiate, consulting clients on brand marketing through digital media. Paul managed Best Buy’s in-store network from 2005–2009, growing from a single channel into a multi-channel network of over 1,000 stores worth over 5 billion dollars. Before Best Buy, Paul spent seven years in professional sports developing customer experiences for Major League Baseball, NFL Football, minor league sports, and collegiate sports programs.

My vision is to ensure that all organizations have three things:

  1. A sound strategy that enables the utilization of available channels for customer engagement.
  2. The appropriate process for creating and delivering outstanding visual content for the purpose of deep user engagement.
  3. Key practices that enable companies to develop deep, intimate, and loyal relationships with their customers.
