As the co-founder and Chief Creative Director of iDklic, I have witnessed the evolution of DOOH in the past 5 years. Through this challenging experience, I have realized just how powerful this emerging medium is and how it is changing the media landscape.
DOOH has expanded my vision of communication and digital marketing. Having previously worked in, and gained know-how of traditional communication industries, I have broadened my horizons and learned to think outside the box through digital signage. DOOH engages a viewer like no other type of communication. With constant technological developments and growth of interactivity through touch screens and mobile devices, that engagement becomes even more personal and inspirational.
I realize there are still endless possibilities and ideas to be created. DOOH is embarking on a great adventure and iDklic is jumping on the bandwagon.
DCC Personal Vision
Engaging viewers is not easy to achieve. Great content creation is often not given the importance it deserves, while in fact, high-quality, relevant, and compelling content is the most important feature to digital signage in any application. This is why I believe the DCC is a productive platform, giving industry players the opportunity to share knowledge, concepts and ideas. There is no secret recipe when creating engaging content and we still have a lot to learn about content strategy!
